Radio Manrese - 4VM - Port-au-Prince
In 1959, the Jesuits of Canada built Villa Manrese, on the hills of Port-au-Prince, in
order to establish
presence in the area. Upon completion
they set up Radio Manrese to provide education and
literacy to all.
The image above is their letterhead used for correspondence with listeners. Although reception reports
were occasionally answered with general reponses; full detailed confirmations are not known to exist.
