Daniel Peck's parents were George (b. 1762 d.March 4, 1850) and
Mary
Lancisco Peck (b. 1769 d. Dec. 1,1857) both from Virginia, both died
in Pickaway
County, Ohio. George served as a Ranger on the Virginia Frontier.
Mary Lancisco's father, Henry served in the Revolutionary War as
a private in Virginia.
At the time of Martha's death in 1914 she had 3 surviving
brothers,
Hanson and James K. Peck of Cerro Gordo, IL and
George Peck of Long Beach,
CA.
James K. Peck fought in the Civil War in the Illinois 116th Infantry, Company "A"
Hanson Peck (age 73-Widowed) was recorded by the 1910 census
living
in Cerro Gordo, IL boarding with the Charles Young family.
She also had one surviving sister Jane Ater (husband David)
